Michael Moore and I... agree?
"The continued decrease in attendance (for
Hollywood films) is not because of piracy, videogames, or the Internet,
it's because the movies aren't very good anymore" Moore says

Go back to 1982 ,Bladerunner and ET were nominated for special effects(Oscar)ET won.I did everything but break the TV,the story, cinematography and special effects were superior.Of course they bowed down to a puppet that looked a dried up raisin that got put on a stretching rack and the lighting special effects could have ben made in a garage with a trash can lid, flashlight and a can of silly puddy. The story was written with inspiration from a candy called Reese's pieces.Bladerunner's story came from a science fiction writer,Phillip Dick. All of the movies today have no writing skill just plenty of CGI.

I completely agree. These days, people create so much hype about upcoming releases, and when you finally get around to seeing them....its nothing but a disappointment. Even Disney movies aren't the same. Yeah, the picture and characters are modern and more exciting looking than the old ones, but the stories just aren't the same.
