Those who voted for the 3rd penny are one of two kinds of people, bought off or sheep. Whats even worse is that only 11% of the Tulsa population even bothered to do it's duty and vote. The remaining 89% sat on its collective ass. Tomorrow they will sit around and complain about how much they are paying in taxes, well guess what genius, if you had bothered to get involved the outcome could have been completely different. So here we are with 9% of our disposable income eaten away from our paycheck some of which is to pay for roads to an arena we cant afford.

The ultimate irony is that the 3rd penny list was crafted by LaFortune... who was voted out of office...
