Im going to start a new category here
concerning one of my (other) favorite things... Hot Sauces, all kinds
of hot sauce, from the sweet kind you find from Hawaii to the blazing
hot stuff imported from Costa Rica to the home grown stuff made here in
Oklahoma! Obviously everyone's tastes are different, so Ill mix it up
as best I can!
First on the list is my personal favorite (which was really hard to pick), Iguana Gold. This mustard based hot sauce has a great taste and the heat level isnt to unbearable for novices. Besides the mustard base there is cane sugar, cayanne peppers, habanero peppers, cucumbers, cumin, garlic and other spices, which adds a zing to chicken, burgers, chili and pretty much anything you would normally put mustard in/on (like deviled eggs!)
