Well, he knocked out a lynch mob, he was criticized,
Old women condemned him, said he should apologize.
Then he destroyed a bomb factory, nobody was glad.

He was supposed to feel bad.

An economics professor at Texas Tech said he had never failed a single student before but had, once, failed an entire class. That class had insisted that socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer. The professor then said ok, we will have an experiment in this class on socialism.

grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same grade so
no one would fail and no one would receive an A.
After the first test
the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied
hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy. But, as
the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had
studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a
free ride too; so they studied little.
The scores never increased as bickering, blame, and name calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else.
All failed, to their great surprise, and the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great; but when government takes all the reward away; no one will try or want to succeed.
What is the Senate's incentive to approve the Houses reconciliation bill at that point anyway? They got what they wanted!

So it seems Obama will not campaign for any Democrat who votes against Obamacare... Is that supposed to be some sort of threat? Considering how well his campaigning did in Virginia, NJ, and Massachusetts, I would be threatening to campaign FOR those that vote against Obamacare...

its been 5 years since I started this blog, seems longer, there have been 2 mayoral contests, multiple other municipal elections, one presidential election. I have moved from one side of the city to the other and have seen the scope of my postings change. So here we are, 5 years and 1030 posts later, and I want to thank all my readers for making this such a fun ride.
The deals are non stop,
they are going fast,
and there is no sign of it slowing down!
