have you had enough of fake republicans?

You know the ones, they say they are for one thing, but once in office, they spend your money like a dunken sailor.

We have someone prominant running to be our next mayor who's track record shows he will be such a "republican". He endorsed Taylor (a democrat), and he was for the unnessesary transfer of 7 million of our tax dollars to BOk for a bad investment they made with the airport... one the city was not liable for.

Its time we step away from the status quo... the Midtown, prop up downtown, hire outside experts who are wrong about everything (City hall move costs), consider every lame brained idea that comes down the pike (the Channels, The Olympics) status quo, and start working on what can really makes this city great.

This city is more than midtown & downtown. It's northside, westside, eastside and southside, and its time we all start getting equal attention.

so say NO to Rinos like Bartlett and YES to Chris Medlock

Quote of the day

If they get to mention Camelot, we get to mention the Lady in the Lake.

Rule Changers...

Yesterday I heard on the radio about the success of the month long Cash for Clunkers program that actually came in under its 3 billion dollar budget!

If you are going to change the rules midgame, I guess you can say whatever you want, but the program was originally supposed to last until November 1st and was allocated 1 billion dollars, which it ran out of within a week.

Just like every other program the Gov't gets its paws into, they have no clue of the price (always on the low side), or the end game. Do you really think that things will be different if they take over heath care?

Another reason to not secure our borders?

Yeah this is falling in tinfoil hat territory, but our politicians have the ability to stop illegal immigration, and yet they wont.

According to an article in the WSJ, Developing World's Parasites, Disease Hit U.S.

a caption under one photo states that " Few of its residents have full health or dental insurance." could this be another crisis that our Gov't (made situation) doesn't want to go to waste?

Dems hypocritical demands

According to this politico article, the Democrats are demanding documents from Insurance companies, so they can find "lavish spending", and "unreasonable compensation"...

If I were in the Insurance companies shoes I would say, "you first"

Something "fishy"...

There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov

Thats a tactic right out of Nazi Germany to find out who was harboring Jews... want to know somethign else that is fishy...
