Some archaeologists with the help of James Cameron want to do what the Romans and the Jewish Religious leaders 2000 years ago tried to do but were unable....
2000 years ago the Romans wanted to crush an upstart religion that was overtaking the mid-eastern region and spreading to Rome, The Jewish religious leadership wanted to stop this cult which tore down their very tenants of their faith and power structure. All they needed was proof that Jesus was not who he said he was.
What I am refering to is the discovery of "Jesus Family Tomb" and to add a bit of spice to the story they are claming that Jesus married Mary Magdaline and had a son, thereby attempting to destroy the base tennants of the Christian faith, that Jesus was without sin and died on the cross and rose again...
something that the Romans and the Jewish Religious leaders couldn't do 2000 years ago.

I have always held onto a belief that when the end times come that there would have to be some explaination given by the world governments as to why the followers of Christ would just up and disappear. Though the incident would definitally bring the world together, the question is: together to do what? In the movie the Rocketteer the Feds and the Mafia were fighting side by side against a common foe, the Nazis. So what would this common foe that might bring the people of earth together?

My personal belief, and Ill admit its pretty far out there, is that little green men from outer space will become the common enemy. now before you roll your eyes so hard your head starts to spin, look at the recent headlines that have been popping up lately:

UFO light show stuns crowds

and those were all in the last week or so... what does it mean? maybe nothing, but then again, they have to have an explaination, right?
